M&T Bank Educational Lending provides student loans to students and parents pursuing a college education. We focus our efforts on a similar area as our Retail Branch network: NY, PA, MD, DC, VA, WVA. Our primary customer is the Financial Aid Office at the Colleges and schools within these territories. Each school has a number of key contacts and often has a number of unique processes that they use to support the Financial Aid needs of their students. It is because of this complexity and variety within our respective territories that we have been using ACT to manage our Customer information.
Dave Worral was contacted to assist us in designing and implementing a customized ACT solution that supports our business. We have been very happy with the work that Dave has done. He helped us define a database that tracks critical information. He helped solve a challenging problem with keeping our data updated and current by customizing our Synchronization processes to our individual user types, including geographically remote users.
